Overview

What makes the COR 70 Hidden Sash
stand out.

COR 70 Hidden Sash is the Cortizo platform built around the Arch Invisible handle. The operable leaf sits behind the outer frame, so from the street an opening window is indistinguishable from a fixed pane - and unlike most hidden-sash systems, the handle disappears too. Arch Invisible is integrated into the sash profile itself and operated from the side, so from the front there is no lever at all, only glass and frame. Concealed hinges and concealed drainage complete the detail. The 70 mm frame carries a 35 mm polyamide thermal break, glazing to 40 mm, and one of the narrowest visible sections in its depth class at 66 mm. Casement, tilt & turn, bottom-hung, and parallel-sliding leaves all run on the same profile, so a whole elevation keeps one sightline regardless of how each unit operates.

Key Highlights

  • Arch Invisible handle: integrated into the sash profile and operated from the side, so nothing shows from the front
  • Sash concealed behind the frame: operable units read as fixed glass outside
  • 66 mm visible section - narrow for a 70 mm platform
  • Concealed hinges and concealed drainage, so no visible weep slots
  • PAS 24 security approved with multi-point perimeter locking
  • Four opening types on one profile - uniform sightline across the elevation

Ideal For

Modern facades where the elevation should read as uninterrupted glass, projects that mix fixed and operable units in the same opening, and interiors where a protruding handle would break the line - flush casings, deep reveals, minimalist detailing.

Consider an Alternative When

If the project needs a deeper glazing rebate or a colder-climate U-factor, the Reynaers MasterLine 8 hidden vent variant takes glass to 72 mm - with a conventional handle on it. If the concealed sash matters but the invisible handle does not, the Aliplast Genesis 75 SU variant reaches a similar look at a lower price point.
