About the package
This is a brick house in northern Mississippi where the whole design idea is contrast: pale brick, deep shaded porches, and jet black window frames. That only works if the black is consistent across every unit on the house - fixed lights, opening sashes, and the large sliding doors alike.
Sourcing the windows and the doors from the same system family is what makes that possible. One powder coat batch, one finish reference, one hardware look. The lift & slide onto the porch runs on a low threshold rather than swinging inward, which matters in a room that opens straight onto the outdoor living space.
By the time I visited, the units were glazed and the blue tape was still on the panes. The house was being finished around windows that had already been in place for weeks.
