From factory floor to your job site.
Glass doesn't care how good the quote was if it arrives chipped. Every order I handle is palletized, ratchet-strapped, and sealed into a dedicated container - delivered DDP with duties paid, not dropped at a port for you to sort out.

The Logistics Flow
4 stages01
Factory Packaging
Units wrapped, foam-cornered, and labeled per job at the European factory. Nothing leaves the line unprotected.
02
Consolidation & Loading
Staged at the logistics hub, palletized on custom frames, and loaded into dedicated 20' or 40' containers - no LCL.
03
Ocean Freight
Customs pre-cleared paperwork, ratchet-strapped cargo, numbered seals. Transit ~3-5 weeks door-to-door.
04
DDP Site Delivery
Duties paid, last-mile trucked to the job site. You get a truck appointment window, not a port pickup task.
On the Ground
11 photosReal photography from recent shipments - packaging, loading, and transit. These are my shipments, not stock images.

Profiles loaded
Aluminum profiles stood upright, corner-capped, strapped to the container wall.

Stacked & secured
Profile bundles layered between wooden dunnage to prevent abrasion in transit.

Palletized inside
Assembled window units wrapped, corner-guarded, and ratchet-strapped to custom pallets.

Factory packaging
Each unit wrapped at the factory with foam corners and edge protection before leaving the line.

Warehouse staging
Consolidated at the European logistics hub - units grouped per job for clean site unloading.

Palletized & wrapped
Custom pallets sized to the unit - not standard Euro pallets that let glass flex.

A-frame racking
Tall glazing is transported vertically on A-frames to keep the glass in its natural plane.

Container loading
Loaded into dedicated 20' or 40' high-cube containers - never consolidated shipments.

Secured for transit
Ratchet tie-downs through cargo bars, dunnage bags in every void - zero movement in the box.

Ocean freight
Sealed container on the vessel - customs pre-cleared so it rolls straight through US ports.

Sealed & shipped
Numbered customs seal on the door - a broken seal means a full re-inspection before signoff.
Logistics handled. You focus on the build.
Send your window schedule and I'll come back with a DDP budget - freight, duties, and delivery already priced in.
